Juliet has been training for over 10 years. She is passionate about helping her clients achieve what they want from the their workouts. She works with men and women of all ages and fitness levels. She specializes in weight loss, injury prevention, functional training and helping people who have had trouble reaching their goals in the past.
She offers both indoor and outdoor training.
Juliet has multiple certifications from National Academy of Sports Medicine. (NASM-CPT) (NASM-CES)
